Travel to Pemi — Arrival Days

Campers can arrive by car, Pemi’s chartered bus, or Pemi chaperoned airport shuttles. All details are below. Most boys arrive by car and this is Pemi’s preferred option for 2024.

Pemi is excited to partner with Ship Camps to offer Pemi families a simplified option for luggage, duffels, boxes, and other camp gear to arrive to Pemi. Ship Camps will also schedule return shipments at the end of your son’s session. We have partnered with Ship Camps to give you preferred shipping rates. Please visit the Camp Pemi Ship Camps page to book your shipments and review preferred shipping dates.

Arrival by car: Pemi will follow a plan similar to the last two summers by having age groups arrive together. We will finalize plans in March, for now, boys age 12 and older should plan to arrive in the morning. Families with boys 11 and under should plan to arrive in the afternoon. We’ll provide you a more exact arrival window closer to Opening Day.

Pemi is a 1.5 hour drive by car from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) and 2.5 hours by car from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). For directions, please see Driving and Directions.

Arrival by NY/Stamford Chartered Bus: our traditional chartered bus from New York City and Stamford, CT with Pemi chaperones.

Sign up for the bus in your CampInTouch Account. Scroll down and click on Forms and Documents, then click on Additional Options. The cost of the bus is $250 per camper each way and is limited to 25 campers.

Arrival by Pemi chaperoned airport shuttles: For campers who live farther away, especially our international boys, Pemi will offer chaperoned shuttles from two airports. Shuttle rates are posted below, and you may select those items on the Additional Options form in your online account.

  • International campers should fly to Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS), arriving between 12 – 4 PM.
  • Domestic campers (if absolutely necessary to fly as an unaccompanied minor) should fly to Manchester, NH (MHT) arriving between 11 AM – 3 PM

We ask for safety precautions during travel.
